Move, breathe, and reflect with intention in the New Year Vision Map, a unique collaboration for the TLC Online Yoga Studio.
This 7-day journey blends our soulful yoga, breathwork, & meditation practices, with tarot & astrology, together with a carefully curated guided journaling method from The Continuum Process.
The program is structured to support you in mapping your inner world with clarity and purpose in order to turn reflection into clear, inspired action and a clear direction, your Vision Map for 2026.
Each day focuses on a different area of life - work, relationships, home, abundance, health, and spirituality - with practices and exercises designed to open your body, expand your energy and support deeper insight into what you truly desire to create this year.
This journey culminates in the creation of your New Year Vision Map — a simple, meaningful document that holds your mantra/ orientation/ energetic posture for the year ahead. Not a plan to follow, but a compass to return to.
What Is the New Year Vision Map?
The New Year Vision Map is a 7-day online experience designed to support reflection, clarity, and conscious direction at the beginning of the year. It weaves together yoga, breathwork, Kriya, meditation, and guided journaling with The Continuum Process, alongside astrology and tarot as tools for reflection. Each day focuses on a different area of life, inviting you to move, reflect, and organise your inner world before stepping forward.
By the end of the process, you will have created your own New Year Vision Map - a living document that holds your guiding mantra/ orientation/ inner posture for the year ahead. Rather than a list of goals, this map offers a felt sense of direction: how you want to move through the year, what you’re aligning with, and what you’re leaving behind.
Each day over the 7 days you will receive an email reminder with links to the program.

The experience is shaped by three key elements:
1. Yoga & Meditation practices
2. Astrology & Tarot insights
3. Continuum Process Journaling & exercises
All of this work is self paced and online, you can move through it in the 7 days, or take as long as you need. You will have access to this course for as long as you are a TLC member.
You are also welcome to skip practices or elements and make the New Year Vision Map work for you.

Astrology and tarot are used as tools for reflection, not prediction. Rooted in symbolic traditions, they offer insight into cycles, patterns, and karmic conditioning that shape how we experience life.
In this program, astrology provides context for the year that was, while tarot supports completion and release. Together, they deepen awareness and support conscious transition into the year ahead.

The Continuum Process is a facilitated self-awareness system used across one-to-one work, group workshops, leadership sessions and mentoring. While the format adapts to context, the underlying structure remains consistent.

Thoughts, feelings, questions and priorities are brought out of the mind and onto the page in a clear, visual way. What often feels tangled or overwhelming becomes visible and organised, reducing mental load and creating space.2. We pause and make sense of what’s there
With everything in view, people can step back, recognise patterns, understand what matters most in this chapter, and acknowledge what is present without rushing to fix, force or bypass it.3. We choose a grounded way forward

Alice Bassett is the founder of The Continuum Process, a facilitated self-awareness system designed to help people understand where they are in their life and choose how to move forward in a way that feels grounded and aligned.
Her work sits naturally alongside the philosophy of The Light Collective, supporting people to slow down, listen inwardly and relate to their life with greater awareness and intention.
Alongside her work with The Continuum Process, Alice has spent her career as a senior marketing leader and brand strategist, working across brand, transformation and leadership roles. Her role has always been to look beneath surface activity, understand what is really driving behaviour, and clarify direction before action is taken. At the heart of this work has always been one principle: meaningful change begins with awareness.
The Continuum Process brings this same discipline inward, helping people surface their inner world, make sense of complexity, and see themselves clearly at pivotal moments of life.
TCP uses a visual, tactile process to bring thoughts, feelings, tensions and priorities into view. This allows people to step out of reaction, reduce mental noise, and recognise what truly matters in the current chapter of their life. From that place, decisions feel calmer, clearer and more self-led.
The process supports whole-of-life self-leadership and is particularly powerful during quiet transitions, when one version of ourselves is ending and another is beginning.
Alice completed The Method 150-Hour teacher training with The Light Collective, and her work integrates seamlessly alongside somatic and contemplative practices. Partnering with TLC for this New Year program brings together embodied awareness and structured reflection, helping participants not only feel more connected to themselves, but move forward with clarity they can trust.

This 7-Day Program is suitable for all levels, men, women and anyone else.

We recommend getting your own Yoga mat for practice, and a block/ cushion/ yoga bolster for meditation.
You’ll want to wear light comfy stretchy clothing.
A journal and pen for the journaling prompts. -
If you are ready to practice yoga and meditation, go deep through journaling prompts and aren’t in any kind of active trauma that might require more support, then yes! These practices are a powerful way for us to go deep into the body to create change and deep levels of calm.
